Our After Sale Service policy for roll forming machines are as follows：

1)In correct operation & maintaining, the machine is guaranteed for one year since leaving our factory(the spare parts stock are available for IMMDEIATELY SERVICE);

2After guarantee time,we will offer technical support for the whole life of the machine with parts replacement fee and service fee;

3)If necessary, we will dispatch 1-2 technicians to the factory abroad to install & regulate the roll forming machine with USD90/day. The buyer should assist our technicians to get the visa and should pay for the air around ticket and the local accommodation.
